to login:
- Login by using your supplied login and password.
- If you do not remember your password, please contact your Smith Dalia representative.
to download files:
- Click on the appropriate folder to open.
- Some folders may have additional folders within, if this is the case, continue to click to open until your file appears
- Click the appropriate button to download the file to your desktop.
- To move from folder to folder, click on the string of links to the right of "ftp navigation" just below the dark blue stripe. The folder that you are within is bold and in dark blue. To get back to the beginning click on the "home folder" link.
to upload files:
- Click the "Choose File" button and locate the file on your local drive that you want to upload. Select the file and then click "open" or "choose", depending on your operating software.
- Once you have selected the file, click the "upload" button. Once the file has uploaded a message will appear stating the file "your file's name" has been uploaded.
