Part of the redevelopment of the Lee+White property in Atlanta’s West End once known as “Warehouse Row,” these 14 consecutive 1950s-era buildings serviced the former railroad line that is now the BeltLine’s Westside Trail.

SDA’s initial work includes a food hall and green space at the heart of the site.  Subsequent phases will add creative office space with the adaptive re-use of 929 Lee Street, a massive mid-century warehouse anchoring the namesake corner of the site.
